I need fitness friends for motivation! I just downloaded this app and I think this one will work. I’m trying to lose 100+ pounds and it’s a crazy ride. Today I finished my first day of couch to 5k and it’s refreshing and I’m stoked I was able to do it entirely. z0xjn7u27gjh.png

    Awesome job on c25k! I tried it 2 years ago and learned how terrible shin splints are and gave up pretty quick lol

    I did c25k 7 years ago and lost a little over 100 pounds. Need to get back on track now though. Good luck with it!!
