I need help!!

Hello everyone willing to read my story...I'm 26 and I feeling like *kitten*. I dont have motivation anymore about gym fitness etc.... i was 140kg before.....dropped to 118kg then had an injury on my ankle and knee. Now i dont feel i have courage to train again....gained back my 140kg...back from the start again.

dont get discouraged! i hired a health coach and he has a plan at 80.00 a month. i plan on losing 4 to 5 lbs per month. he has a plan that he can see what you are eating, coach you, motivate you, etc... i also started a goup called the Jay Birds. Just take a day at a time and do the best you can. Start by logging in everything you eat and it all goes from there. good luck.1

Hi Just getting started today. Finding my way around. I seem to only motivate myself to stay on track when I have a goal to motivate me. September it was a wedding to attend. October is a winter coat I love . Sounds silly but it seems to work. Nothing else does.1

Similar thing to me, dropped what I needed to played a game of rugby went blind in left eye and back to the beginning.
Main thing is we’re back here and know the right thing to do son first step done.

Hi LavalChow, an injury will set you back. Start small 5 minute exercise intervals. Add on as you feel stronger. After awhile exercise becomes a good habit.1

I feel more at ease now i see im not the only one having this problem...im so down that i want to cry...thank you everyone...gonna try and make another round 20
