Can anyone help me calculate how many calories I should be having each day to lean out? Current weight 101 - female - 5’1

    Take your BMR or basal metabolic rate. Start with BMR + 50 calories if you don’t workout else BMR +100 or 150 calories to stay in deficit.

    You are already at a pretty lean weight for your height, so you will probably want to consider recomp instead of losing more. Make sure you entered your stats accurately here and choose maintain weight as your goal, then start focusing on strength training.     Good point, I didn't consider kgs!

    And recomp was where I was going, if the answer was lbs!
