Hi Guys!

I am 35, happily married +3 boys.
I started dieting and working out in Dec 17 and have lost ~13 kgs so far. I rimmed down quite a lot do to running and working out 3 times a week (some weeks don't allow it sadly).

For the past 2-3 weeks I have struggled to loose weight for many (not good enough) reasons so this week I started HIIT hoping to shred off ~15 kgs to reach a good heathly size and weight.

1 Additional thing that I clearly did was add this app to try and focus my food intake and workouts.
