" Fast Food Will Be There When You Are Dont Your Journey, But Fat Wont "
This is basically written, everywhere.
My purse has a sticky note with it.
My Calendar has it.
My White Board has it.
Its the best line I know.
I love hamburgers and fries, but guess what, I know they will be there when Im looking great, feeling confident and at my goal weight of 140 pounds. What wont be there is the extra 140 pounds.
So in the end = 140 extra pounds and food, or 140 pounds lighter and food.
I prefer the second option!
Fast Food isnt worth the compromise.
I hope others find that saying as motivational as I do !
What are yours?
Add me if ya want.

This is an inbox I just received, with lots of sayings, I hope people find some inspiration in these:
Take things one small step at a time." You will reach your goal for sure if you break a complicated task into small actionable steps. Do just one step at a time. To get started, choose something you know you can do easily. That can get the ball rolling for getting more done. These small steps will get you where you need to go.
"When thoughts become action, success is attainable."
"One has to remember that every failure can be a stepping stone to something better."
"Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence."
"Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going."
"It doesn't matter how many say it cannot be done or how many people have tried it before; it's important to realize that whatever you're doing, it's your first attempt at it."
"If you have made mistakes, there is always another chance for you. You may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing we call 'failure' is not the falling down, but the staying down."
"To live by another’s opinion of you is to make the absurd assumption that only in someone else’s mind are you real."
"Everyone makes mistakes - the only people who never fail are those who never even ttry."
"Even if you are on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there."
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas.
Bigger snacks mean bigger slacks.
To lengthen your life, shorten your meals.
Don't dig your grave with your own knife and fork.
Not afraid of heights - afraid of widths.
Stressed spelled backwards is desserts. Coincidence? I think not!
The biggest seller is cookbooks and the second is diet books - how not to eat what you've just learned how to cook.
One day at a time, one pound at a time
Life's challenges are not supposed to paralyze you, they're supposed to help you discover who you are
"So long as there is breath in me, that long I will persist. For now I know one of the greatest principles on success; if I persist long enough I will win."
"You have a very powerful mind that can make anything happen as long as you keep yourself centered."
Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending!
Live your life the way you want to and not the way others expect you to live
You may dread the miles ahead, but you won't regret those behind.
When I hear somebody sigh that life is hard, I am always tempted to ask, Compared to what?
All our dreams can come true - if we have the courage to pursue them.
If you really want something, you can figure out how to make it happen.
A desire can overcome all objects and obstacles that stand in our way.
It’s not whether you get knocked down. It’s whether you get up again.
Do, or do not. There is no 'try'.
Will you look back on your life and say, "I wish I had," or "I'm glad I did"?
What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.
Just go out there and do what you've got to do.
Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate on the present moment.
Do not allow yourself to get hung up on things that have already happened, or worry about about things that may happen. Just concentrate on what your are shooting for right now and everything else will take care of itself.
Plateaus are just a break in the action of losing weight. They will end & your journey will continue.
Have control over your own motivation to succeed. The more you desire something, the more driven you will become to acquire it. Challenge yourself every day to overcome the obstacles that are right there in front of you.
I'm not telling you it is going to be easy - I'm telling you it's going to be worth it
There is a powerful driving force inside every human being that once unleashed can make any vision, dream or desire a reality
No matter who you are, no matter what you do, you absolutely, positively do have the power to change.
You've got to say, I think that if I keep working at this and want it badly enough I can have it. It's called perseverance.
You must begin to think of yourself as becoming the person you want to be.
Nothing is particularly hard if you divide it into small jobs. This goes for weight loss as well.
Don't go out of your weigh to please anyone but yourself.
REMEMBER: There are only two choices: make progress or make excuses.0 -
I have one not just for this but for pretty well everything. It's this:
"If I improve by 1% every day, in 100 days I'll have improved by 100%."
And a short reminder:
"Working on the 1%."
It tells me that I don't have to make all the changes all at once. Lots of small changes, over time, add up to a big change.0 -
Mine is...
"That's what she said"0 -

I can't think of one right now, mind is blank, but I usually just look at my progress & my goal for my motivation.
However, I do love taso42's,
"If you're gonna go, go all the way."
I say something like that all the time when I'm at the gym. If I catch myself not working as hard as I know I can, I reflect & fix it because there's not point in going to the gym if I'm not gonna put in the work!0 -
Think before you reach!0
