Hey everyone I’m Dylan (19) I rarely come on the forums but I use MyFitnessPal everyday but now I think it’s time to make some friends. It’s be about a year since I’ve taken fitness seriously and about 7 months since I’ve learned how important nutrition is. When I started in April I weighed 215 and now I weigh 178. I’m taking the very slow approach as I’m gaining strength/muscle and losing fat at the same time. Working out 5 or 6 days a week I’m now working through the process to be a personal trainer
