Lose 10 lbs

So my goal is to lose 10 lbs. I currently weigh 150 and would like to get down to 140. My goal weight is 135.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Set your rate of loss at 1/2 pound/a week, log honestly, and have patience.

    Do some cardio everyday, even if just for 5 minutes. Walk for at least 20 mins a day. Eat vegetables, everyday. No soda, no junk food. Drink water, plain tea or plain coffee, with a bit of sugar is fine.
    Try to recognize some unhealthy habits and make them into ones that will help you reach your goal. The important thing is learning here.
