Need a friend for support and motivation

I am starting a new weight loss journey that I have been putting off for 1.5 years. I'm starting from a normal BMI, hoping to lose the excess fat on my tummy and my derriere so that I may take a break from sucking my tummy in when in public, and be able to wear my one piece bikini without extra shorts. I am thinking that I'll need to lose 4-5 kg to get there. Will probably take a few months. I am 32, 157 cm (5ft 2) and 49 kg (108 lb)
I would also like to become more active but I get discouraged so easily. I want to be able to just walk or do some body weight exercises to tone and would be very grateful for any support and encouragement. It'll also be exciting to follow somebody else's journey and encourage and motivate them along the way.
