Do any of you cysters ever have days when you are just so nausous you can hardly stand it???? This seems to happen when I am dealing with my really bad PMS days that consist of really bad cramping and fatigue. Does this happen to anyone else? I'm assuming its a hormone thing but would like to know if its just me or what!

I don't think that has ever happened to me. Hope you feel better soon.0

Could be vitamin deficiency?0

With me when it's around my ovulation (or hopefully ovulation) time I want to eat constantly. When it is time for my cycle, I get nauseous and my appetite goes down quite a bit. I'm sure it's a hormone thing.0
