Hey everyone. I'm Bri and after years of battling with depression and throwing myself into a vicious cycle of eating to cope, I've decided to work on taking back my life. I'm 26 years old, business management graduate, and working on starting my own family now. I would love to make friends on here and share our failures and successes together.
Overall I need to lose over 50 pounds. Anyone else in that range?

Hi there, I'm LJ (also new here)! I'm sorry to hear that you've been struggling, but I admire your tenacity. It takes a lot to live with mental illness, which is nothing short of a battle I'm sure. It sounds like you're just beginning a new stage in your life, which is very exciting! I wish you all the luck in starting a family. Personally, I'm in the same boat as you. I'm at 195 lbs and I'm looking to get down to 135 lbs. It's a pretty daunting journey, I admit, but I'm ready to take that first step!1

Hi Bri! I’m not in that range, but as far as starting a family, attending school, and battling with ED, we have some commonalities.1
