Weightloss

Hey guys! I'm a 32 year old female. Currently working on losing weight (down 9 pounds!) I'm counting calories, doing a lot of running and some muscle building. Unfortunately I've developed Plantar fasciitis but I can't slow down just yet as I have a work PT test next week. I'm super stresaed, but working hard!

    Freeze a bottle of water and roll your foot over it several times a day

    I used shoe inserts to help with my plantar fasciitis since I'm on my feet all the time

    Glad to have you here! There are some exercises you can do off your feet, but I hope you heal quickly!
