October - November goals

I read a lot about how people shouldn’t focus on the reading on the scale, but instead should look at how clothing feels on you.

So I’ve decided to give myself the next month to go from siE 16 to size 14. (Should be relatively easy, since I fluctuate between those sizes depending on make anyway).
Fingers crossed for me!!

    My immediate goals are to stick with counting calories and logging my food, and working my way back up to walking 10,000 steps each day since recovering (mostly) from double total knee replacements.

    I had to go gluten free a couple of months ago - I have a severe intolerance - so my diet has changed dramatically already!

    Just got to get a workout routine going!
