I have read that the longer you hold on to that gut from having a baby the harder it is to tighten/tone it. Iām looking to get some tips or exercises used by others to help get rid of that.

I can only speak from my experiences, I have had two children. My first I gained a lot and six years after my first I lost a lot of weight and noticed my tummy getting way smaller. Then after my second who was almost ten pounds I thought how is this going to go away!!!!!! I lost weight and started exercising and now notice a huge difference. A big difference for me was when I stopped eating and drinking dairy I felt less bloated also. Hope that gives a little inspiration!0
