Here we go again

Trying to get to my ideal weight. Hopefully hi tech will help me get there!!

    Determined to give it a go ( again ) myself
    I've been fat for 20 years since having the kids (I used to cycle and walk a lot before I drove too)
    My plan is gym four- five days a week x 1 .5 hour sessions and keeping within allocated calories
    I'm surrounded by people at work offering me food, friends etc too
    Husband ate chicken chips rice n coleslaw in Nandos yesterday and whilst I'd rather have eaten that, I had the quinoa salad with chicken
    Some of my friends , I am sure they want me to stay big but this is about me and not them
    Three things required
    Eat well
    Sleep well
    Activity exercise
