Haha I just posted a topic about this, and my approach. I'm not limiting my carbs, I'm keeping my exercise up at a high level to get rid of the last 10. And I'm not in any hurry either. So what if it takes another 6 months? I'm so close, I'm in a maintenance phase now.0

I've got 7 more to go to meet my weight goal and no way I'm limiting carbs since I don't plan to do that forever. And how sad would I be if I lost the 7 more quickly but then just put it right back on because I resumed eating carbs. The 7, and maybe more, will come off eventually.0

I've been alternating. The last 10 pounds SUCKKKKKKKKKKKK.
Okay. So for a few days I will have healthy carbs, like fruit and stuff. Then for about 3 days I will go hardcore on protein, no fruits whatsoever. So on and so forth.
I love apples more than life, and as it turns out I am quite sensitive to all types of sugars. My weight just will not budge and will in fact go up if I have sugar (even from fruits)

I have about 15 more to go, and I'm limiting my carbs - specifically I'm trying to limit my sugars to only fruit and dairy sources. I'm aiming for about 40% carbs, 30% fat and 30% protein. It's hard to keep my protein level up so I'm basically trying to move 10% from carb to protein so I don't lose muscle as I fight off the last 10-15 pounds.0

For my last 10, I naturally limited my carbs...but, once I lost the weight, I was able to add them back in...of course, in small portions. I was completely paranoid about eating pasta, bread and potatoes. Now, I have those in small portions on occasion. I agree with keeping up high energy workouts. Continuing to challenge myself physically has been an important part of my own weight loss. Best of luck!0
