Hello
I have gained quiet a bit of weight, ever since i started to exercise. I have tried different sports, gym heavy weights, sprints, running, hiit. Nothing seem to work for me. As soon I am done I have to eat or else i am very hungry and weakness set in. I have taken blood test every things normal. I just cant seem to lose weight.

Are you counting calories or just relying on exercise?

Maybe take down the intensity of your exercise.

Exercising can make people hungrier, so you have to find an eating/exercising schedule that works to balance out your appetite and energy needs. Are you logging your food?

Diet is the key to weight control.

If diet and exercise together aren't working, particularly if you are new to exercise, you could start by just controlling your diet. Take a two week period and plan to eat at a deficit set for 1lb per week. (Equal to -500kcals per day.) Drink plenty of water (helpful before meals) and find a strategy that manages your hunger best (low carb, 5 meals, IFs, whatever). You could still do light activities every day (walking 1-2 miles). Once you get used to that, you could add workouts, eating extra, slightly under-compensating for the workouts.

    Best of luck!
