I'm not as concerned about the health issues, though I should be, as my difficulty in getting up off of the floor. I'm tired of wearing fat clothes! I want to lose weight to make life easier more than anything. I've done this before but starting over today. I need help, like Angels or faeries or something...inspiration. Thanks, and Amen.

You came to the right place! Read the forums (there are some very helpful, knowledgable people who post on a regular basis), learn to ignore questionable advice, get a food scale and weigh your food (and yes, you can eat what you want, just in moderation), don't think this will happen overnight, be honest with yourself and above all, not matter what, LOVE yourself.3

instead of angels or faeries, try a calorie deficit :laugh:8 -

Ugh, my back is in knots...probably because I did nothing this weekend! I'll have to go home and use my Bowflex to stretch out with some shrugs and leg curls.0
