Hey Chrissy!! We have a lot in common! I am a mother to 3 boys (2 stepsons and 1 of my own), Have a family history of diabetes and I also have PCOS!! I have also started this journey more times than I care to admit but its time to get serious! For my logging is key, I do great if I log so I need accountability on that front!! I'm gonna add you, we can do this!

I’m looking for support and inspiration... I am in the same situation, my whole life I’ve been dealing with my weight but since 2 years ago it’s been a war... I’ve been on and off the diet, but I’ll give it another try and keep strong! I need it for my health and my self esteem :)

Hello, I too am back on the logging train; it always seems to work the best. I am a 41-year-old mother of two teens and also have PCOS. Recent stress has led to some high anxiety and even some depression and suddenly the weight was creeping on while I wasn't paying attention. I've been the overweight girl in High School and although I want to find acceptance in wherever I am at, gaining weight and feeling like I don't have the control over it is very triggering.

Hi Chrissy. I'm back again tonight. I've tried before and not been successful. I totally relate to everything you are saying. I'm 58, mother to 4 children and grandmother to 5 with one on the way. Good luck on your journey!
