A sugar crash and some water weight on the scale tomorrow? Maybe a slight tummy ache. I'm more concerned about your fear of food and that you 'ran it off' than the calories.38

The binging isn't a good thing (although I'm not sure I'd call one pint of ice cream a "binge"), but your reaction to it is even worse.
Relax - you didn't swallow a can of drain cleaner or pesticide. Sugar isn't going to kill you or make you gain a hundred pounds overnight. There's nothing to be 'terrified' of.30 -
"Terrified" and "scared" are totally over the top emotions about a pint of ice cream. You really shouldn't be living in such fear over something that in the long run is inconsequential.
My advice would be maybe consider some counselling or therapy - both for the urge to binge and your reaction afterwards.

I'd probably also feel a bit sick and maybe have diarrhea from eating something that rich all at once, but your mileage may vary. In general, though, a few days from now you should be feeling no ill effects from the ice cream.
I do wonder what else you are eating: i.e. are you getting enough protein, carbs, fat, etc., to meet your bodies nutritional needs without its resorting to and ice cream binge? And, like @pinuplove , I'm concerned that you found yourself binging, were terrified afterward, and immediately exercised off the calories. Those things all point towards a troubled emotional relationship with food, to the degree that you might seriously consider looking for some help.
I'm sending you hugs and warm, supportive, good wishes.

We all have those days when you get off track. Don't sweat it! As long as it's not too often it won't become a problem. Remind yourself of your goals and forgive yourself for getting off track. Then get back to your healthier lifestyle. Find other ways to reward yourself like a new pair of shoes when you reach a mini goal, be kind to yourself with fresh organic produce each week. Buy your favorite bottled water or flavor it if it's tap with fresh strawberries, lemon or mint leaves. Small changes can make big results in the long run!3

I'm a bit concerned about you. You were asking about excessive sugar consumption in September. Bingeing in October, while being underweight and trying to lose more. And in August it was fasting after a scale fluctuation.
You've been giving some good constructive advice in those threads. Please reach out to your doctor, and/or a counselor, and/or a registered dietician. I suspect that the help you need is beyond what these boards can provide.
I'm sorry if that sounds harsh, it is coming from a place of concern.32 -

I did not realize this poster had a history. Very concerning, indeed.11 -

If your response to eating a pint of ice cream is to run until you have burned it all off and then you feel "terrified" i think you might be better served seeking professional help in the form of a psychologist specializing in eating disorders.
That isnt meant as an insult, i mean thst you sound like you might need more direct support than you can get from an online forum11 -
I agree with the good advice you've been given. Shaming oneself is a learned behavior. Punishing oneself is a learned behavior. Hating oneself or hating the "power of food" over you is a learned behavior. Most of us need help with unlearning unhelpful behaviors. I would recommend that you STAY CONNECTED TO THIS FORUM. The feedback is not meant to sound or be judgmental, but your "heart" may hear it as judgmental or shaming. We all care about each other; honesty is the best policy; staying connected is courageous.5
