In bowl Combine:

5oz grilled chicken breast - chopped
1 cup small green grapes - chopped
2 Tbsp course mustard
2Tbsp Light sour Cream
2 Green onion - chopped
3Tbsp Pecans

Divide bowl into 2 servings......217cal/serving
Serve ontop of Romaine lettuce

GREAT LUNCH!!
