How do you track your steps? You can add a device and it will track it automatically or you can enter it manually, you do that under the diary tab.

You can add total time walking.

1000 steps is around a 10 minute walk.

Steps is a good indicator of overall activity level but there is no accurate correspondence between steps and calories expended. I mean, you could be running, walking, or shuffling around the kitchen.

I have not been able to sync my Fitbit. It says it’s connected, but it’s not showing on My MFP. Do I need the premium for it to do that?

No, I don't have premium and mine shows.

If you go in to apps on here does it says you have fitbit connected?

Did you select the “Fitbit” under the “steps” tab. If not you gotta go on that tab and make sure there’s a check mark.

I have a tick against Fitbit in the steps tab, just set it up I think but my historical history of steps has not pulled through. Does it on sync going forward or should it pull history and I haven't got it set up right - thanks for help

My steps prior to joining MFP do not show up.
