Help!!!!

I am so hungry and am still here trying to figure out how many calories are in salmon! I mean why when I search am I getting conflicting information? I just want to eat! So, I have no idea if it's Atlantic caught, it didn't state it on the packaging but it's from the counter. It's a whole fish just chopped up. Help!!!!

    Type "salmon usda". There should be fairly accurate choices that populate. Of course this does not account for any seasonings/marinades.

    I had frozen salmon fillet today it was 223cals per grilled 100g. If it's something that doesn't come in a package with nutritional information on you just have to take a educated guess sometimes
