You know what, I'm so tired of people who consistently take the measures necessary to loose weight in a HEALTHY manner for granted. We are all on this site for one reason, and one reason only. To attain a more healthy and balanced lifestyle. If that's what you want, stop crying when people give advice on one's eating habits, so on and so forth. If your unhealthy behind can't put down the 32 oz soda and drink a glass of water every now and then, DONT COMPLAIN IF YOUR NOT LOOSING WEIGHT AS EFFECTIVELY!!!! Please don't say, "I cant eat six times a day, but then talk about the evils of your SNACK DRAWER at work. I mean seriously, if you have time to go to the store and buy fatty foods to stuff into your snack drawer and then into your face, then i feel absolutely no sympathy when your weight loss stalls. It's quite simple, if you eat unhealthily you will gain weight, if you diet unhealthily you will lose weight but your body will pack the pounds back on in the blink of an eye. We all have snack drawers, what matters is what you put into them. Stop crying about people giving you advice, so on and so forth on myfitnesspal. If you don't want advice, put your diary on private, and stop blogging about your unhealthy habits. I'm not here to learn or promote how to have an eating disorder. You know who you are, and if your offended remove me from your buddy list. Everyone is different, and everyone's body requires different things to achieve change. But the last thing i'm going to do, is partake or condone in unhealthy eating habits. The truth hurts, i looked in the mirror and it hurt my feelings, so i decided to do something about it. While your crying i'm making a difference, see you in my rear view mirror.

    In all honesty, I know this post was abrasive, but It's not meant to be hurtful by any means, however I feel one will only be offended if they themselves partake in in the activities described. Now my post was vague and simply a rant, but I am so tired of seeing people promote, and spread their self defeating and sometimes dangerous eating habits. I'm a big dude, and far, actually really far from perfect, but i can call a spade a spade. I can look at myself and say, you are not perfect, you need improvement, and when someone comments on my dieting I can honestly say. "Hey, i don't think i'm that dedicated, but i'll certainly keep your opinion in mind". I see a ton of people lashing out when someone suggest they drink a little less soda, or try eating three meals a day at over a 1000 calories a meal isn't such a good thing. It's one thing if people trolled on another's pages and dissected their diet and exercise diaries, but these are responses and suggestions made to people crying out for help. I need help, and i'm honest enough to admit that. YEAH ME EATING SONICS FOUR DAYS A WEEK ISN"T THE BEST WEIGHT LOSS ROUTE.
