EGGS!

I've been eating 2 eggs every day for lunch in my sandwich (with some light mayo and ham) and my weight isn't budging at all! I've been working out 30mins a day, if not more, eating properly, staying within calorie limit.. but can too many eggs still stop you from losing weight?

Eggs can't because really your body sees calories in, calories out - but you may want to try something else for a few weeks to shake up your system for the same ole' same ole'.0

would need to see the rest of you diary , cause without it , its impossible to tell0

My body produces eggs...but I don't eat them.0

Is your sandwich heavy in sodium? A lot of deli meats are loaded with it. That + water retention could be part of why you're not seeing any changes on the scale. Eggs themselves are high in cholesterol, so be careful there too.
Good luck!0 -
Don't eat the same thing everyday! Change it up and go buy snacks once a week to change it up. Plan 1 week then go plan a second week!0

I eat eggs everymoring for breakfast and it hasn't hurt my efforts and weight loss. Trying something different for lunch and see what happens. Or change up your exercise!0

Is that you in the profile pic? Maybe your body doesn't want to lose weight. You look great in that pic and I can't see where you need to lose at all0

hey there lots of variables with the eggs---fried how? salt? carb holding by the body? i would make a variety to see if something changes.
but like a previous post--if that is you in yuor photo---wow not sure you need much more loss you look incredible0 -
Without making your diary public we can't really tell you much other than there is nothing wrong with eggs. What really matters is what else you are eating. There is no magic bullet food. It's more about balancing it with fruits, nuts and greens.0

I would maybe have one BOILED egg, ditch the ham and ditch the mayo. Load it with salad and make sure you are having it on a dark bread with lots of whole grains and seeds.
Remember to buy your eggs from a reputable free range source. You don't want to be eating eggs from hens who are dying-NOT HEALTHY FOR YOU!0 -
My scale did this thing where it wasn't budging for like 2 weeks -- I went back over my diary, and found that I was mostly eating the same thing nearly everyday -- except for dinners! I think that may be something you should think about -- you may need to shake up your routine food-wise for a few weeks. After I made some changes (as in now I cycle certain foods in and out), I haven't had a problem like that since!0

I also eat eggs almost every day. They do not seem to be hindering my weight loss.0

It turns out it wasn't the eggs.. it was the alcohol.. which I've now cut out.0
