Want to hike

Hey guys!

I love mountains and I wish one day I could trek or hike on one of 'em.
Which brings me to fitness.
I'm so happy to be back on here!

Ten years ago I lost about 20 kilos and I have gained some back the past decade. Want to get back in shape again.
Help!!! :smiley:

    Hiking is my primary exercise for staying in shape, followed by skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. It helps that I live in an area where my hiking is right out my front door. There's nothing like hiking to get in shape for more hiking. That said, my weight loss came from eating fewer calories than I burned. The hiking allowed me to eat more than I could if I didn't hike.
