What was your very first goal when training???

Mines was to gain weight and gain muscle

    1. Deadlift my husband's weight (210); I've pulled 280 at the point.
    2. Squat his weight; I've done 215.
    3. Bench his weight...done 150...still working on it.

    To get my body fat down within normal range. That's still my goal. 6 months, and it's down but still not enough.

    Not my goal is to lose weight and shred then bulk up to gain muscle my goal is 190 then possibly 200 solid

    Frankly, to maximize noob gains while recomping. I really started from 0. Not that I am that much advanced now, but it's a process.

    Well I was fit all my life
    So as an adult after having a child and I was no longer fit, in fall of 2013 I agreed to do a skating competition with a friend in spring of 2014. I would be doing stuff I had done when I was 15 and I knew how hard it would be with extra weight so my goal was to lose weight and get in shape for the competition. I did. I surpassed it and then backed off so i was a healthy weight for the compo.
