So I’m looking into low calorie/Keto diets. I am a grazer and like to eat theoughout the day not just 3 meals a day and that’s it. I enjoy my evening snacks etc so I’m looking for some help please. What are your favourite low cal/Keto meals and snack. I look forward to seeing your replies 😊 thank you in advance!

Pecan nuts are a good snack when you are doing keto. Brazil nuts are also okay (only eat a few per day because of the selenium). A little bit less good but still ok are almonds.
Another super easy healthy snack idea: Half an avocado cut in stripes with some ham around it (ham/avocado roll).1 -
Low calorie keto grazer looks like a challenge. Keto does not allow for much volume because it's higher in fat, so you'll end up eating less than a handful if you do more than 3 meals. Alternatively, you could save up all your carbs for low carb vegetables to graze on.2

I'm the same way! My evening snacks I like:
string cheese
ricotta cheese + cocoa powder + few drops liquid stevia + topped w/ whipped cream
sugar free jello
atkins chocolate shakes0 -
A low calorie grazer and keto does not seem like a good fit to me. Keto is based on low carb and high fat with adequate protein. The idea is to feel full and not eat snacks. When I ate carbs I was always hungry even two hours after I ate. When I switched to keto I can easily wait till the next meal and do very little snacking. Down 22 pounds since July 10th with no counting or limiting of food.2

I just save some of my high protein low fat snacks for the grazing part of the day. I honestly don’t tend to eat like you. All my calories are typically consumed in about a 4 hour stretch. But, you could easily plan a few snacks around your regular meals that are low cal and fit into the keto guidelines that you could add to your style of eating. 2 slices of deli style turkey and some cucumber/celery slices for one snack(75ish cals), a sliced boiled egg and a pickle for another(under 100cals), a low carb protein powder blended with a cup of almond milk and a small handful of spinach as a third(200cals). Keep your meals the higher fat content and your day should fill in nicely. Obviously punch in actual weights and calorie counts but if you play around with things through the day you should find something adequate. I find prelogging a day in advance(here or on paper) helps greatly!0

Nuts, veggies with dip, a half pepperoni stick, coffee with cream were my lower calorie snacks... But they eventually turned into meals. I used to snack often but a few weeks on keto seemed to change that need for me. YMMV0

Boiled egg, babybel, dark choc square, mini chicken skewer, prawns (with/without dip), a few nuts, mini quiche, vege sticks and dip, green salad with small amount of meat or cheese, berries and whipped cream, deli meats, olives, pickles and cheese, a sausage, cauliflower mash and cheese, pig in a blanket... options are endless
If you work out your calories (let’s say 1500 for arguments sake)
You could have a 500cal meal 1x day
And 5x 200cal snacks (or 10x100 cal snacks)
Or three 300/400cal meals and 3-6 100/200cal snacks
Make a list of low carb snacks under 100/200cal- or both and change it up a bit each day.
Ensure most of them have a decent amount of protein (remember protein is a daily minimum requirement to ensure you don’t lose lean mass)
Enjoy :-)0 -
Do make sure to weigh your nuts. Nut calories add up quickly! Maybe pair them with something high volume / low carb and calories like celery.2

I agree with the last poster. I was eating too many nuts and seeds and stalled. When I cut most of them out, I started losing again! They can be sneaky little suckers!!0

As some others have said... it'll probably be hard to do low cal + keto + grazer. Maybe keto isn't a good fit/option for you right now?
Is there a reason you want to go/do keto?1 -
Ok someone educate me. I thought low carb and keto were the same. Not??0

Yep. Keto is typically under 20-50g carbs.1

Ketogenic is eating carbohydrates low enough to keep your body in a constant state of ketosis. The number of grams can vary and varies subject to many things such as activity level.
If you are not in ketosis you really aren't eating a ketogenic diet. Ketogenic is typically low carb but low carb isn't necessarily ketogenic.1 -
I aim for 50g or less carbs so I drift in and out of ketosis. Another way to say it is I go in between keto and LCHF. This would be a lot easier if I didn't drink wine.1
