Why is it that the more water I drink, the thirstier I feel?

  • Being thirsty is one sign of diabetes.
I was always thirsty. Kept telling my doctor, but she didn't pay attention to me.
Later found out I was diabetic.
I am no health professional. I say talk to your doctor.
  • You know i have this same problem..

Because your body is releasing all of that extra water it was holding onto. Now that you are not bloated with water, you have to replenish it more and your body is telling you that.

On that note, I have to pee so much now!
  • You may be dehydrated. 8 cups or more a day.

I'm not always thirsty. Just when I drink a lot. Its is like the more I drink, the more I need.
