Well I was fit all my life
So as an adult after having a child and I was no longer fit, in fall of 2013 I agreed to do a skating competition with a friend in spring of 2014. I would be doing stuff I had done when I was 15 and I knew how hard it would be with extra weight so my goal was to lose weight and get in shape for the competition. I did. I surpassed it and then backed off so i was a healthy weight for the compo.0 -
