Hello everyone,
Basically the challenge is 60 days of sport and diet.
It starts today!!
25/10/2018
It ends just before new year!!
25/12/2018
The goal getting in the best shape you can possibly be in 60 days.
-Weight loss.
-Muscle gain.
-Body fat loss.
-Over all wellness (LDL,HDL,blood sugar......)
-And my personal challenge getting the 6 pack's

Every week we share our progress in the best way that shows our achievement (weight, % of fat, muscle gain....)

My plan is simple:
-Keto or low carb
- 4 days training a week (HIIT, resistance, swim, walk, and run) *choose any.
- caloric deficit 500 to 1000.
- Intermittent fasting.
- Apple cider vinegar.
- Some basic supplements.

    I started with 81 KG
    Target is 74 Kg
    Then build up with muscle

    SW: 180 lbs
    BF%: 35%? (Not sure - I posted some pics on my status the other day, so feel free to help me get a better estimate!)
    GW: 160 lbs (then reevaluate)

    Still determining how to make it happen! Probably a combination of reducing calories, playing with low carb diet, eliminating sugar, and lifting and cardio!!!

    Keep me accountable and share tips with me!

    I’d like to join:)
    I did keto for about 6 months and lost 50 pounds. Hit my goal and have let 5 pounds creep back:( need to lose 5 pounds(keto) and then switch to maintenance with Paleo and C25K. Plus getting through the holidays is going to be fun:):)

    Yahoo! Started late & still shed a few pounds (3.5) Goal is to begin a more healthy lifestyle and get rid of the unwanted weight for good. Have a vacation and all the holidays before the end of this challenge. Here is to conquering the craving. Good luck to all.

    Thanks for joining us.
    Today I finished my first day of prolonged fasting (24 hours).
    Toady I reached 18% body fat
    My Target is between 9 - 12 %

    I'll join, I only want to lose 5kg, I do HIIT on crosstrainer and aerobics, my daily food allowance is 1200

    So far
    I started with almost
    21% body fat weight 81kg
    Today
    15% body fat weight 75.5kg

    Target is 10% body fat weight I don't care but mostly 70-72kg
