Today's challenge is: Leg Raises
Let's see if we can do 150.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 150 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Yep. Why not? Just finished my workout, so before I get changed. . .
Result: did 20 before I was totally dead. Did 130 crunches to get up to '150'. Glad I tried, but MAN those leg raises are hard!0 -

I did my 150! Felt good with the first ten, last 50 was a push, harder then I thought. Keep the challanges coming, it pushes me more!0

only 97 today but Zumba wore me out!!0

Okay i did all 150 leg raises - 70 of them were on the floor - the other 80 I utilized a power tower to do them. my abs are not liking me right now0
