I love the Myfitnesspal app and the website and hopefully I can get the most out of the site. I am trying to lose 10 lbs but it is so hard!!!! I need some serious help.

Darren from Ft Worth, TX. Let me encourage you to follow the app. Eat right at your calorie intake or below and walk about 30-40 minutes a day and you will be there before you know it. I'm down 47lbs and my early goal was 25. It came so easy and quick that I just kept going. Good Luck!0
