Guilt Free 80 Calorie Sweet...
I read this here a while ago and finally tried it tonight and, yum!
Take a red apple and slice it up into 8-12 slices and spread out on a microwave safe plate.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Top with a light coating of Splenda or honey.
MMM MMM Good! And just 80 calories if you use Splenda

I would assume that they would be the same or better if you put them on a cookie sheet in the oven, just takes a bit longer.

I don't really trust microwaves, but yeah, baked apples are great.
Also try baked bananas with some cinnamon. Mmmmm.0 -
Sounds good!! Maybe even stevia or agave nectar.
And the bananas sound FAB!!

I'd sprinkle mine with some slivered almonds for that crust crunch. (That's just me
