Sorry about the reupload i couldnt figure out how to delete the old post or edit it

I checked serving sizes and its about one months worth of food. At my area itll cost around 265 dollars a month. You would get 1,950 calories a day. Is this healthy? Would i balance out at a certain weight like my goal weight? My goal weight is 140, im 5'6", and im going to be 25, my current weight is 270. According to this app it says all i need to do is walk like 60 minutes a day and ill loose 2 pounds a week, lol. I plan on drinking 64 oz of water a day as well.

Why do you feel the need to plan a month at a time? What if you get half way through the month and decide that you can't STAND half of the food you've bought any more?

Why don't you start by just eating what you normally eat, but less? Losing weight doesn't require you to only eat certain types of food, or never eat "unhealthy" food anymore.

That way you'll know what food you like, and you'll not have to worry about if you like it, or if you get bored of it. Or how much it costs, because if you eat like normal, but less, then you'll always be saving money (as you're making that sound like it might be a concern).

Also, there isn't a load of protein included, how many grams does that work out to per day? Seem like it might be too low.

As an aside, this looks like classic delaying tactics (aka, exactly what I do). Why are you meticulously planning what you can eat for the next month? Are you already logging what you're eating? How many calories are you eating at the moment? All you need to do is eat at or under the calorie goal that it sets you and you will lose weight. It really is that simple. It's not often easy, but it really is that simple.

Sorry, but I don't think you're going to get a simple yes/no answer that you want.

How about answering the questions I've asked instead of ignoring me?

Because you know OP's going to do it anyway... and crash and burn after 6 days...

6 days sounds a little optimistic. After eating the same thing for three days in a row I think I'd crack

It doesnt bother me eating the same thing everday really i use to be homeless and went with out dood for like a month. I was so skinny that they had to put nutrients in my blood stream. As a result my eyes were bigger then my stomach and thus i am now 270. This was cheapest of the cheap for a all round healthy vegetarian grocery list that satisgies all nutritional needs and stays under some other ones. I want to eat this cuz i think i have cancer as i feel i only have one working lung

Is there a particular reason you want to limit your variety of food?

You would get a wider range of nutrition by eating a wider range of foods. Hardly any green leafy veg or fruit on this list.

Where did you get the list from? Is it a particular diet from a website?

Honestly OP, I'm trying to work out if you're a troll or not.

You cannot cure cancer by eating "healthy". If you think you have cancer (or you think that only one of your lungs is working), please go and see a doctor.

Are those weights for dried beans, then? I was assuming canned beans (liquid included in weight) and only getting about 40 to 45 g per day in my rough estimate (20 g from the roughly one cup of Greek yogurt allowed per day, plus about 15 g from the equivalent of a standard 15 oz. can of beans, plus 5 to 10 in small amounts from grains, nuts, and veggies.

I,m also having a hard time seeing that amount of food yielding nearly 60,000 cals.

See a doctor and get an actual diagnosis. Why do you "feel" like you only have one lung working? A limited diet isn't going to fix that. Now if you're feeling short of breath without underlying medical conditions, then weight loss and exercise can help, but you can't diagnose and treat cancer based on how you feel.
