Well, this isn't exactly a lot of food, but you can't beat Greek yogurt for a TON of protein in a fat-free delicious package!! Chobani strawberry-banana, pineapple, and pomegranate are my fav. flavors....yum yum... :)

Cabbage soup. It's a cold weather dish, and I'm looking forward to making it in a few months.

I could live off of apples <3 I don't know if it's technically speaking a lot of bang for your buck, but it's a delicious and nutritious snack and it satisfies me!

tomatoes, cucumbers, yellow onions, 2 slices of turkey bacon with dried basil leaves and garlic powder & a drizzle of dressing or olive oil.

Tilapia fillet (4oz) topped with green giant southwestern style corn with or without salsa.

And of course salsa on anything.

I recently started eating shiritaki noodles :) You have to add stuff to make them taste a little better otherwise they're just so plain, but it's 20 calories per serving for NOODLES (plus the cals of whatever you add to it). I love it!

Other options: Eggs, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, veggies, berries....
