Mmmmm 100 Calorie Dessert! :-D

If you don't have a problem eating raw eggs and have a sweet tooth!
-1 egg white
-1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
-1.5 teaspoons honey (depends how sweet you want it)
-vanilla extract
-cinnamon!
Directions:
1. Mix the applesauce, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl
2. In a separate bowl, use beaters to mix the egg white until it forms stiff peaks (1 egg white takes about 3 minutes)
3. Gently fold in the egg white into the applesauce mixture
4. Enjoy!!!
Only 100 calories for the entire bowl! :-)
It's a tasty, make now, eat now dessert!!!
