Argh! Ok, so you know how it is no body's fault if you overeat....it all comes down ot your willpower. Ok well today, I can OFFICIALLY say I was forced to eat crap! We were doing a blood glucose lab today in physiology. So we had to take our readings, then eat 100g of sugar. So choose the juice....thinking it would be a healthier choice. 2 glasses into the NASTY liquid, I realize that it really isn't juice, it's that corn syrup immitation juice. So for the rest of my sugar I ate oreos (mmm, now THOSE were GOOD) Anyway, that's 600 calories WASTED!!! On top of my healthy 300 calorie breakfast I now only have 100 calories for the day....so needless to say today is shot!! It's amazing how much you start to see empty calories. I never would've thought twice about that a few months ago! I'm just frustrated that I'm doing so well this week (after a disaterous diet last week), and now I'm back to where I started (well, it feels that way anyway)

Oh...P.S. The good news, is my blood sugar was good. It started off at 157 (I had OJ oatmeal and yogurt), but at the end of my test after eating 100g of sugar it was at 85!! Yay!! (Normal is 80-100)

Good thing you aren't diabetic! One day won't ruin you! Work out and eat a healthy dinner and everything will be fine!

You only budget yourself 1000 calories a day? I would think you want at least 1200-1300, as you don't want your body to go into starvation mode, then it'll just reserve any excess as fat.

Like AliCawthon said, eat a healthy dinner and you'll be fine. If you still feel guilty, take a walk/run or hit the gym (whatever your poison). It won't burn all those calories, but you'll feel better.

As a student it might be hard, but see if you can get in 30 to 60 minutes of exercise. Build up a couple of extra calories. If that can't happen, then treasure the taste of those oreos and realize tomorrow no more unnecessary processed foods for you. Thank you for your sacrifice for science :)

    ditto. 1000/day are not enough.
