I still have more to go and embarrassed to share but it is a great accomplishment I want to share. First photo was March 03, 2018 and the second was taken today 102 pounds lighter.

Nothing extreme. I cut out almost all processed foods, stopped drinking calories. I didn't follow a real diet plan, I didn't cut out carbs or fats, even though my intake of both did drop with the change in food choices. Even though I weighed 344 pounds at the start, I was lucky enough to still be in good health so from day one I started walking at least 5 miles a day and I have added new exercises such as weight lifting as I have got more comfortable.15 -

That first picture was a special occasion for my family and instead of enjoying it I was miserable. I avoided taking part in the celebration and I just decided I wanted to change it. The very next day I started and never looked back.1 -
Fantastic achievement! Goes to show what some willpower, dedication and hard work can achieve. Thanks for the great inspiration1
