Going to buy a Polar ft40. First ebay listing ends in an hour. lol. Noticed I found mens cheaper. My question is..what is the difference? Would it make one? I don't want it "measuring" me as a guy or the watch to be too big, but if there's no functional difference..they are cheaper. Anyone????

I wonder if the watch is bigger....

FYI, I got my FT4 women's off Amazon for less than $60.

I think it is just the size of the watch...

I'm not sure what the difference is. I have an ft4 women's but still had to select my gender when setting it up which would lead me to believe it's for anyone!

Thanks guys... I bought the mens. I figure if it doesn't work I can resell and get the womens. I think you guys are right though..just a bigger watch.

Update: I bought the men's. When you set it up it asks if your male or female. Haven't worked out with it yet, but I'm pretty positive that the only difference is the watch size. The men's fits me perfectly fine. Im 5'2 and 150lbs.
