I don't know what any of that is, but maybe you can find something in the recipes forum:

I found Berkley Software Distribution, and would like to warn people to NOT check urban dictionary for other meanings.

OP, perhaps a little clarification could help?

Interesting I am a type 2 diabetic and had not specifically heard of this diet before. Went out and checked it out.

Ok, I see a few versions but the one seems to be from a Dr. who states he was a diabetic who found through trial and error a diet plan that could be followed that MAY reverse Type 2 Diabetes. First 8 weeks are a very radical restricted calorie plan to the tune of 800 calories per day, and the book comes with recipes to follow. By Dr. Michael Mosley.
One of the things with many of these I will call radical plans that state this is how to reverse T2 diabetes is that it never 100% goes away. It stays in background and quiet as long as the weight stays off. And the blood sugars stay where they belong and the AC1's are good. Some people can maintain this a long time with diet and exercise and stay away from medication. And many are working towards getting to that stage or attempting to reduce as much medication as possible. I will state I am one. But when I read some of the ways that are being touted to get there. I really hope they also are educating people on what they need to do to maintain as well. Just saying.
