2.5 month update (w/ pics)

So I started MFP and a daily work out routine the first week of June.
My trainer took some photos of me then and though it was traumatic at the time (I never take my shirt off in front of people - can you tell I was unimpressed and nervous?) I basically forgot about them until he just sent them to me today.
I have to say that while I have lost close to 40lbs in the time since these were shot, and can feel a difference - it wasn't until I saw the images and the changes in my body that I found it highly motivational.
My starting weight was 250 (left) and my current weight is 210 (right).

I honestly could not have done this without MFP - it's been a life-saver
