Working out and eating whole foods but I look the same as when I eat whatever I want!

Anyone else so discouraged by this fact? I can do whatever I want/not exercise or do everything right and not see a change. How do you get past this initial disappoint and step up your work?

It's not what you eat, it's how much.
Set goals, log food, weigh yourself, take measurement and/or pictures.
Give it time. I didn't notice a difference for a couple months.3 -
It all comes down to calories—have you plugged your stats in here? I would start there, and log your foods/drinks consistently and honestly.
Weight loss happens over time, as @cmriverside said give it a couple months. Best of luck to you!0 -

You'll see more change if you exercise, particularly strength/resistance training, while you lose weight.0 -
Are you using a digital food scale to weigh and log everything you eat and drink? If not, you might want to start there.0

If you have a calorie deficit you will eventually lose. You can create a calorie deficit by reducing calorie intake, increasing activity (calorie burn) or both.
Track your calorie intake. If you are already check your accuracy. Use a food scale. Check that the entries- even for scanned food labels are correct.
Your calorie burn from exercise might be exaggerated. Check that too.
It takes time and consistant effort to lose weight. Look at change over weeks and months not days. Try a weight trend graphing app or site.
