Anyone remember "Buns of Steel" and "Abs of Steel" videos?

I think they were hosted by a lady named Tamilee Webb and they were hits in the early 90's! I did abs of steel and found it to be an excellent ab workout! I know there's a ton of videos out there, I'm just reminiscing!

Though my buns are almost already made of steel I would love to give that video a try.

I totally remember Buns of Steel and Abs of Steel!! I looooved them! I was so sad when my VCR machine ate them up. The Abs video was for just 15 minutes, but I could definately feel those muscles ache the next day. It was totally awesome! *sigh* I miss them.

I haven't looked yet but I'm betting you can find them on FleaBay as a DVD now. Yeah, the ab w/o was a killer! I might actually have to start looking for the Abs of Steel DVD now!

Sure enough! Just checked FleaBay... you can get the AoS DVD for under $5, new! I'm ordering right now...

My bad... the title says AoS but it's not Tamilee Webb! I found the BoS, AoS and Legs oS combo DVD for $19 though.
