    The sole of my foot where I was impaled by an errant object whilst running through the orchard is beginning to throb... Strange how the open wound is hurting more than the sprain or the ankle which directly hit the rock, when I reactively pulled up and away from impact point ... Time for me to sleep it off.

    * shots are current.
    * still clocked my pm workout
    * no pain killer ... I don't believe in those, unless absolutely necessary.

    Our friend usually buys tickets in advance for us. They have a limit of 15 tickets per calendar year.
