    As I've said in another post though you'd be better off doing proper research into Keto before starting because there are important things to note like ensuring you're getting adequate electrolytes.

    Keto isn't a magic diet, it works on the same fundamental science as all other ways of eating for weight loss - calorie balance. There's just a bigger drop of water weight at the beginning with Keto/Low carb, eventually it evens out.
