Progress?

I started up again on MFP at the end of November 2017 at 285 pounds.
The first pic is me at 274 pounds (because I forgot to take a before picture) and the second a picture of me 15 pounds less (26 pounds total since Nov) than the first pic. I didn't think there was much difference so far but I can see now that my shirt is a bit looser than before 110 pounds to go (it might be hard to tell because the pics are different sizes)

Awesome! You can definitely tell the shirt fits you looser (in a good way) between the progress and before picture. Great progress!6

The only thing I've done is stick within my calorie goal of 1660 MFP gave me (used to be 1700 but has gone down since losing a bit of weight)
I also don't eat my first meal until 4 pm because I'm a night eater and would rather save my calories for the evenings but that's not for everyone
I definitely still enjoy having a few drinks on the weekends when I can but now I don't do that as much unless there's an actual event or party, stopped drinking my calories for the most part and switched to diet pop when I drink it.7 -
Looks like you're on the right track! You can definitely tell that the shirt fits looser. You should keep taking progress pictures in this same outfit until the clothes don't fit anymore. I always like seeing those! Good luck~5
