in Challenges
This is being started by three moms who just want to feel better in our body. Our measurements are individual, but the main goals are to do intermittent fasting (no eating for 16 hrs: 5 pm - 7 am), counting up 11,000 steps a day and doing a 30 day an challenge app. We start November 5th, 2018. We will do a second one, with slightly different guidelines immediately after this first challenge. ππΌ
