Anyone got a good routine for working your core muscles, i have 3 different ones im doing at present. I do 30 seconds of exercise then 30 seconds rest. I do that for about 12-15 mins and by the end im sweating like a hog.

Plank
side plank (left side)
crunches
side plank (right side)
Does this sound like its ok or am i beeing dumb?

see when i move to the states iv promised my wife i will go with her but in the UK i dont think its AS popular, i havent seen it advertised at my gym.
If its anything like what i did today though id be up for it, i dont think my muscles will ever forgive me for that0 -

Leg raises, Russian twist, Side Bends with dumbbells, bicycle crunches , sit ups. I can't think of any more right now.0
