    Having same issues! Can log in on computer but not through the app on Iphone.

    Having the same issue..have rest App password 4 times but it will not accept changed password but I can log on online

    I've also been having problems on their site on my pc as well. I can lot in, but the site is very slow and sometimes it won't let me enter a food.

    I reset the password 4 times and uninstalled and installed the app twice as well.
    But still I can't log on the app with my phone (andoid) - online with my laptop it's no problem.

    I have been having the same problem for the last few hours. I can log in on pc but not on app on android. States it either does not recognize my email or my password. Sometimes lets me change my password but still will not let me log in on the app. Annoying.

    I cannot log on with the app. I have an iPhone. I’m glad that I checked here. Sorry to see that others are having the same issues

    Me too, have installed the app twice, change password and still can't use it, only through the website 😭

    I thought it was just me, I had to change my password and just thought I forgot what it was after lol.

    What a pain in the . Online in Chrome it seems no problem. Online on my droid (Galaxy S9), it's been a pain but after resetting my password eleventeen times, it works now. I cannot get MyFitnessPal email/password to work on Safari on OSX. Interestingly, an entry for a password for MyFitnessPal is correct in Safari properties BUT also an underarmour password entry is created that is incomplete. I think Underarmour might be mucking things up.

    All of us loyal users (2277 days) are out here eating, exercising and weighing ourselves. The web platforms are not as user friendly as the various APPs, never have been.

    How about a tiny little "we're working on it" message or something.
