Vibro Plate...is it worth hiring ??

Hi, I just mad a rash decision and have hired a vibro plate for the next 4 weeks at a cost of €20 per week, which isn't too expensive. My knees have been aching after walking lately and I have to use the elliptical on low resistance otherwise they ache all night .
The vibroplate claims to tone your muscles without pressure on joints, I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience or advice to offer,
Thanks

Hi, I own a vibro plate and I find it is really good. Even after exercising and having aching muscles I find a few minutes on it eases the pain. I've got joints that dislocate easily but they are fine on the vibro machine. I think you'll find it will be worth the money. Good luck with it.0
